- If at any point of time you as a client feel to withdraw or terminate the contract or if Worktual desk wants to terminate the contract, both the parties need to give 15 days prior notice in writing to the other party.
- If in case you like that Worktual Desk needs to provide a longer tenure for the notice regarding terminating the contract, we can accommodate such a request only when you (the client) also agrees to provide a notice period for the equal tenure.
- A complete refund will be offered to you in case your employee's performance has remained inadequate wholly.
- In the case where the employee works satisfactorily but not as per the levels set by you or us then in that case, we will charge on a pro-rata basis according to the number of days he/she has worked and then any outstanding left after the calculation will be refunded to you.
- If you have any outstanding money as credit and you wish to replace the existing employee because you are dissatisfied with his/her performance then, we can replace the employee and that outstanding credit can be used for the next employee.
- It is, however, important to note that we can only take the above measures if your displeasure is communicated to us at the earliest possible time (preferably within the first week of employment). If your employee has worked for you for a reasonable period of time and we have not received any communication of dissatisfaction from you, worktualdesk.com cannot call into question the ability of the employee or implement the above measures. In such a scenario, the applicable notice (15 days/1.5 months – whichever notice period has been opted for at the time of making the first payment) would be required to terminate our services.
